Currently, IWITS and IWATS require a named user account and password to access each system. If you need access to IWITS and IWATS you will need to separate user accounts. If you need your password reset, please contact the IT Help Desk. For security purposes, passwords can only be reset by the IT Help Desk.
For security purposes, usernames and passwords are NOT to be shared with others. The system tracks each user’s activity within the system. If you share your username and password with someone else, any activity they do will appear as YOU did it.
Access to IWITS and IWATS is only provided to District Council Staff, Local Staff or Apprentice Training Center staff. We do not provide access to Trust Fund Offices, Employers, Contractors or other third parties per the direction of the General President.
Requests for local staff access should be submitted by the Local Business manager and include the user’s contact information and description of access to be provided.
