December monthly update: Includes information on updates that will be released to IWITS this evening.
Tonight, an update will be done in IWITS to fix two current issues.
- Withdrawal Card Deposits Fix-this will correct the current issue of not being able to enter the credit card fee while in the Withdrawal Card Deposit screen. You will now see the box to check or uncheck to charge the cc fee, and the box to enter the cc fee amount. It will appear and function the same way the cc fee does when processing other activities with a fee and member payments.
- Free Dues Receipts Fix-this will correct the current issue of not being able to email or print the receipts when free dues are processed from the Free Dues tab under Mbr Payments. You will no longer have to go back into each member to reprint or email the receipt. It will print, email, or defer the receipts the same as it does now under Standard Payments.
We have begun uploading Help Articles on how to process and enter information, run reports, etc. in IWITS and IWATS. In the last month, we have been able to upload over 35 Help Articles and Guides. You are now able to search a topic, and all available related articles will appear for you to select from to help assist with the issue you are experiencing. This process will be continually updated, so please keep checking the site for updates.
There is a website available to help provide our Local Unions, Apprenticeships, and District Councils with information on KPIs, Elections, Charges and Trials, By-Laws, and more. The articles provide a link that takes you directly to the section of the International Constitution for the answer as well.
