PLEASE BE ADVISED WE HAVE ROLLED BACK THE BELOW UPDATES THIS MORNING, 3/24 @ 8:12 AM. Several locals reported this morning they had issues with entering dues. We will review these updates further and resolve the issue(s) and plan to deploy this update next week.
Tonight, an update will be done in IWITS to fix the following current issues.
- Shop Lifetime Members Suspending: the update will correct the current issue of Shop Lifetime members suspending when the suspension process is ran. These members will no longer suspend.
- Processing Employer Checkoff Payments: the update will cause an error message to generate if an issue occurs while entering Employer Checkoff Payments. If you see this error while processing payments, please take a screenshot of the screen that includes the members you were trying to process payments for (shown in the screenshot below). Email the screenshot and any details you may have to ithelpdesk@iwintl.org.
