In place of a User Manual for IWITS and IWATS, we are uploading searchable guides here on the IT Help Desk site. There are always new developments for both IWITS and IWATS, and we have found this to be the best way to ensure each user always has the most current information, procedure, or policy they need to assist our Local’s and Membership. We recommend signing up for Alerts on our homepage as well. This ensures you receive real time email updates if there are important changes or system issues.
We are actively working to upload more guides and keep current guides updated due to relevant changes. If you are unable to find a guide from your specific search, we recommend using a key word instead of typing a full question or search. If there is not a guide uploaded, or if you still need further assistance, please email our IT Help Desk so we may further assist at ithelpdesk@iwintl.org. Please feel free to email guides you would like to see added to the site as well, and we will work towards getting them created and added to the site. Thank you!
