We are aware of the following issues in IWITS and are actively working to resolve them.
- Withdrawal Card Deposit Forms- Currently, when you click on the Green WC-Issue form under the Withdrawal Card Issue activity to print it for upload to the new Withdrawal Card Deposit activity, the form will not display. There is a blank form available in IWITS. Click on Utilities-Forms-Application for Withdrawal Card Deposit Form. Fill out the blank form and upload it to the pending Withdrawal Card Deposit activity.
- Reinstatements for members who have an O/U- There are issues when processing a Reinstatement for members who have an O/U on their account. The issues occur whether you elect to use the O/U or not. Please contact the IT Help Desk for assistance in these instances to help make any necessary corrections.
- Class Changes for members who have an O/U- There are issues when processing a Class Change activity for members who have an O/U on their account. Please contact the IT Help Desk for assistance in these instances to help make any necessary corrections.
- Voided Receipts that created or have a Differential- When the receipt(s) in these instances are voided the Differential is not updating correctly. Please contact the IT Help Desk for assistance in these instances to help make any necessary corrections.
