June 8, 2023 Update: Includes information on updates that will be released to IWITS this evening.

Tonight, an update will be done in IWITS to fix the following current issues.

1. Reinstatement with a fee using money from O/U: This will resolve the current issue of the O/U not applying correctly when you check the box to use the O/U in the reinstatement screen. We are currently making further changes to the reinstatement screen for O/U and Differentials, and will continue to release updates to correct issues.
2. Free Dues missing print and email option: The print and email receipt option will now be available when processing dues under the Free Dues tab in IWITS.
3. QR Code Error Message: This will resolve the issue of the QR Code error message received when clicking on the member’s QR code in IWITS. You will now be able to view the details of the member record when clicking on the member’s QR code without an error message displaying.
4. Differential and Receipt Void Issues: This will resolve the current issue of the Differential not updating correctly when receipts that created the differential, or receipts for a differential payment, are voided. The Differential will now update correctly when these receipts are voided.
